New Construction with C Posey Plumbing
Are you building a new house? We work with contractors to fulfill all your plumbing needs!
Plumbing your new house is a three-step process: Slab, Top-out and Fixtures.
"Slab"- As your plumbers, we get the honor of being one of the first subcontractors on your build site. We use your blueprints to lay out the pipes in the ground before the contractor pours your concrete slab foundation. If you choose to have a crawl space for your house instead of a slab, we combine the first two steps of the process during the top-out phase.
"Top-Out"- Once the house has been framed, we come back to your site to install all the plumbing in the walls (and underneath the house if you have a crawlspace.) We use colored pipes called "Pex" to distinguish the hot and cold water, and this is installed in the walls all over the house. We also install all the rough-in valves for things like your showers and sinks during this phase. Basically, this is the behind the wall setup.
"Setting Fixtures"- This is the homeowner's favorite step! During this final phase, we install all the fixtures for your house, including your shower trims, sink faucets, toilets, and water heaters- plus all the other fun things you've planned to make your house special- from potfillers in the kitchen and dog wash stations in the laundry room to free standing tubs and showers with body sprays and rain heads in your master bathroom.
